Physical Books
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unwanted physical books for a refund.
- Books must be returned in their original condition, unread, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Ebooks & Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all ebook purchases are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered to your account or email.
Exceptions
- We cannot accept returns on books that have been damaged after delivery, or books marked as “Final Sale” or special orders.
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival will be replaced or fully refunded at no extra cost to you.
How to Make a Return

- We will provide you with return instructions.
